Some Web Pages with Flash do not load or display correctly.

1) Note that if you have a "Flash" problem, first try Uninstalling and reinstalling the
Macromedia Flash Player. Follow directions here because you Can Not use the Windows
"Add/Remove" for Flash. This usually resolves Flash problems.

2) In your IE browser, click on Tools>Internet Options>Advanced tab.  Be sure the box next to
"Enable third party browser extensions"  (requires restart) is checked.
