How to use driver rollback if you install a new bad device driver.
Open the Device Manager. There are several ways. Right click My Computer in the Start menu or on the desktop, click Manage, and click Device Manager.
In the right pane, expand the device type you want to roll back (for example, Network Adapters).
Double click the device whose driver you want to roll back.
In the device's properties box, click the Drivers tab.
Click the Roll Back Driver button. This takes you back to the previously installed driver.
